San Francisco native Greg Terry is well-versed in the qualities of the Bay Area. Since beginning his real estate career over 32 years ago, Greg has watched the Bay Area evolve to the banking, service, technology and biotech center of the world.
Real estate is not something Greg “fell into.” Choosing real estate as a career path was a natural choice based on his innate skills, passion and learned knowledge. Sales relate to people and products, and I love both. As a 10 year old, growing up on the Peninsula, I can remember setting up a TV tray in my parent's driveway and I’d sell anything from old toys to Kool-Aid on hot summer days. Interacting positively through successful transactions with fellow agents and building solid relationships both in and outside real estate is a key component to Greg’s success. Bonding with my Clients and understanding their needs and guiding them through transactions is an innate skill then honed by years and years of success.
